Your enquiry goes to the teacher you select. It is free for learners to enquire and review an offer.
Step 1: Find your teacher
Choose a subject and location, or online lessons where available. Compare profiles, lessons, prices and reviews. A profile describes the teaching offered; it does not guarantee a particular date is available.
Step 2: Tell them what you need
Share the learner’s goals, experience, preferred teaching format and suitable times. For a child, a parent or guardian makes the enquiry. We ask only the questions relevant to that lesson.
Step 3: Review an exact offer
The teacher has 48 hours from your enquiry to reply with a lesson price, place, first date and usual arrangement. A confirmed offer is held for 48 hours from publication. You have the first 24 hours to accept or decline it.
Step 4: Complete the introduction
Your acceptance confirms that the offer suits you. The teacher completes any introduction payment due before contact details are shared. Once introduced, arrange lesson payments and practical matters directly with the teacher.
If the teacher cannot help
The enquiry closes if the teacher declines or does not respond in time. You can choose another teacher yourself. We do not automatically approach alternatives.
