Piano lessons in Solihull for children and adults
Compare piano tuition in Shirley with group keyboard courses in Knowle, including adult learning, remote lessons and optional grades.
Piano tuition based in Shirley
Piano4Solihull says it teaches all ages and abilities from its base in Shirley and also offers remote lessons. Its adult tuition page describes weekly sessions usually lasting 30 to 60 minutes, combining playing with basic theory and a practice schedule. This is a useful fit to compare if an adult is returning to the piano or wants support building a regular routine. The website does not state a current diary or online instrument requirements, so check the lesson setup before choosing.
Group keyboard learning in Knowle
Solihull Music School runs full-hour group keyboard classes in Knowle, outside Solihull town centre. The junior course is for ages 6 to 7; its age 8 to adult programme uses popular music and band playing, with optional Rockschool/Yamaha grades 1 to 8. That offers a different start from individual piano tuition. Ask whether the learner wants a group keyboard and pop repertoire, or a piano-focused lesson with time for individual practice and feedback.
A school-linked local route
Solihull Music also lists piano and electric keyboard lessons during the school day or after school at The Core. Its programme runs over 34 term-time weeks, with 20 or 30 minute individual lessons and shorter group formats. The school-day option is described as taking place at the child’s own school, so check eligibility for a family booking and whether the Core route suits your learner.
