Edinburgh Leisure’s pool network includes different layouts. The Royal Commonwealth Pool has an 8-lane 50-metre pool, plus training and diving pools. Choose a child or adult starting point
Edinburgh Leisure’s early-years pathway includes baby and toddler classes with a parent or carer in the water, Nippers for ages 2 to 4, and independent pre-school from age 3.5. Junior Swim Skills start at age 5 or primary-school age and progress by unaided distance and technique.
